INDIANAPOLIS Hoosiers are signing up for a new state-sponsored health-insurance program faster than officials can process the paperwork. As a result the state has doubled the staff taking applications for the Healthy Indiana Plan and temporarily stopped advertising the program said Mitch Roob secretary of the Family and Social Services Administration.
